State of the Watershed: Indigenous Pillar Consultant

The OWC is seeking an Indigenous-led or Indigenous-partnered provider to produce the Indigenous Pillar of OWC's State of the Watershed assessment. The provider will have demonstrated experience working with Nations of the Blackfoot Confederacy and executing projects that uphold OCAP and CARE to honour Indigenous data sovereignty.
